The Foundation
At the end of the day, all of my drive for all of my audio related passions of course came from my love for music. I started playing around 7 and have been writing and recording since I was about 10 and never stopped. Ive been lucky enough to be associated with some amazing bands and musicians. My last gig was touring with TOOL on their Fear Inoculum tour with the band The Acid Helps as a singer and bass player. There will be other tours I will be playing on very soon.
Beyond that, I will begin releasing some new music in the form of a few personal music projects. One of those main projects is FAME KILLER (as seen below). A straight down the line, heavily 90s influenced rock project. Much of the music is in production or near completion and should be hitting the internets by years end.
The Acid Helps/ TOOL Fear Inoculum Tour
Nothing quite like getting the call that your first gig fresh out of lockdown would be tagging along with TOOL for their North American Tour. I quickly put the phone down, brushed the potato chips off my chest, put a shirt on and began practicing. I had never heard any of the music for The Acid Helps like 5 months before the first show and Tim is a great and uncompromising songwriter in that he has no issue playing things the hardest way on purpose. It made a lot of the playing and learning process difficult BUT the music was a really fun challenge and I highly respected his standard in that sense. As he said, “If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.” Naturally it was amazing to tour with the dudes in TOOL and their whole crew. Unbelievably humbling and an experience that will stay with me until I’m long gone. Nothing but love from every person I came into contact with during that tour. <3
Fame Killer
Fame killer has been a bubbling project for years now and is finally coming to fruition. If you’re into the likes of NIN, Type O Negative, Weezer, Nirvana, Deftones, The Pixies, Tori Amos etc and have a healthy malaise and disdain for the absolute trash that has been force fed as content with no substance for awhile now, we’re here for you. There have been many contributors up the this point but the current members are myself, Nicky Diltz (All Hail the Yeti) and Ryan “Junior” Kittlitz (The Acid Helps, All Hail the Yeti, Minority etc etc. he’s a busy guy) Also recommend checking out the band he’s playing in with the homies called “Damnage”.

DARKBRITE is the home for all of my more pop oriented, eclectic, and often times more electronic based music production and visual art. The influences range from NIN to Lady Gaga and Tori Amos to the Weeknd. I have done the majority of the writing and production for this but am lucky enough to also have a wonderful team of talented friends to help in the process of some of the songs as well. I typically like working with one person at a time when writing/collaborating depending on the chemistry and dynamic as well as the kind of music but for me its all about the song in the end. So whatever or whoever makes the song better, is all that really matters. For now there are just a couple teaser singles up but more will be posted as they are finished.
